We had the pleasure of doing a modern portrait/boudoir session for a really neat lady named Angela Dashner. Her story is so inspiring that we thought we would share it with you. Angela recently lost 200 pounds in her fifties!
Angela’s getting healthy experience had such a positive impact on her life that she even changed professions! She is now a personal trainer and nutrition coach at Lifetime Fitness.
Here are Angela’s tips for you:
- You are already beautiful. LOVE YOURSELF!
- The key is to be HEALTY, not a certain weight.
- Learn the basics of exercise, so you can do body weight exercises.
- Nutrition – start with one habit at a time. You can not change everything all at once. Change one thing CONSISTENTLY, then add more.
Angela is on a mission. She wants everyone that comes to her for help to feel great about who they are. She knows and has experienced what it is to get healthy later in life and all the struggles that come with it.
